Order Confirmation

If your order is accepted by our system a confirmation page will appear after you press the Finalize Order button. After you finalize your order in our system an 'Order Confirmation and Receipt' page should appear on your browser. We recommend making a copy of this page for your records. If you provided us with your correct e-mail address, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order after it is placed. If you did not receive both of these items, that could be an indication that your order was not received.

Shipping

Currently we ship all product via the United States Postal Service.  USPS has three delivery options: US Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail. "US Mail" is the least expensive and it is also the slowest method to ship. This is typically a surface shipping method, meaning your purchase will not be flown to you, it will either be driven on land or shipped by sea.  Our warehouse is located in the beautiful city of roses, Portland, Oregon. Delivery times will vary when choosing "US Mail" depending on your proximity to Portland. Most customers, including those in the beautiful state of Hawaii, can expect a 10-14 day delivery time when "standard US Mail" is chosen as the shipping method.  Orders placed before 2 pm PST will likely ship the same day. Remember that Saturday and Sunday and all US National Holidays are not counted as business days.  If you do not receive an e-mail notification and you did supply us with a valid e-mail address, there may be a problem with your order. Return Policy

You may return any product for up to thirty days after you receive it if you are not satisfied with the purchase. All products should be returned in the original shipping box, and the video sleeve cover and the videotape must be in good condition. It is important that you write your order number on the outside of your return package. We will exchange the product, or offer a refund, less shipping & handling fees. We also recommend returning product via a traceable courier.
