Placing an Order

There are three ways to place an order with Homeworkout.com:

1. Via our website. This is the preferred method, since we are a true web based company.

2. Calling our toll free number at 877-525-6655. The nice folks answering the phones are able to take product orders. Please be aware they have not been trained to give advice on the products nor can they give fitness advice.

3. Mail order. Print off the order page from your web browser. Be sure to fill in your shipping address, and include your e-mail address if you have one. Include your check or money order, made payable to 'Homeworkout.com, Inc.' and drawn in US Dollars. Mail to the following address:

Security and Privacy

All online orders are handled through Authorize-Net, a company noted for providing completely secure web transactions.

We never collect email information on our customers for advertising purposes. At all times you can be assured your privacy will be respected when you order directly through Homeworkout.com.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your order at the time it is placed online. After you finalize your order in our system an 'Order Confirmation and Receipt' page should appear on your browser. We recommend making a copy of this page for your records.

You should also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order after it is placed. If you did not receive both of these items, that could be an indication that your order was not received.

Shipping

We try to ship all of our orders via UPS (United Parcel Service). This decision was in response to the many inquiries we received from our customers regarding order status and shipping information. UPS provides an automated e-mail notice with tracking information once the product has shipped.

Your order should ship within 1-2 business days from the time it was placed. When the order ships, you will receive an e-mail from UPS and Homeworkout.com. This e-mail will give you all of the information necessary to track your shipment with up-to-the-minute detail.

NOTE: If no tracking number is received, do not be alarmed. Sometimes the UPS tracking information system becomes temporarily unavailable. However, if your order was accepted by our website, it means your product is in stock and will still be sent to you with all possible speed.

Orders placed before 2 pm PST should ship the same day. Remember that Saturday and Sunday and US National Holidays are not counted as business days.

If you do not receive an e-mail notification and you did supply us with a valid e-mail address, there may be a problem with your order. If this is the case, contact us directly at:

Questions Pertaining to your Order

If you write to us for any reason regarding an order, please reference your order number on the correspondence. This will allow us to respond to you much faster. See the 'Contact' section below for appropriate Homeworkout.com email addresses.

Return Policy

You may return any product for up to thirty days after you receive it if you are not satisfied with the purchase. All products must be returned in the original shipping box, with the video sleeve cover and the videotape in good condition.

It is important that you write your order number on the outside of your return package.

We will exchange the product, or offer a refund less shipping & handling fees. We also recommend returning product via a traceable courier.

When returning any product, please send an e-mail to:

and include the following information:

  1. The original order number
  2. The items being returned
  3. Your name, address, and telephone
  4. The reason for your return
  5. The carrier you have selected for return delivery
  6. The tracking number you received from your return carrier

Please return the product in it's original package, with your order number on the outside of the box, and with the original packing slip enclosed, to the following address:

If your product is damaged or does not work properly, you are entitled to a replacement product or full refund if it is within thirty days of the arrival of your product. Please notify us via e-mail. When you receive the replacement product we may or may not ask you to return the defective product. If we request that defective product be returned we will pay shipping. You will receive a postage paid return delivery envelope or other shipping instructions. If the defective merchandise is not returned within 30 days you will be billed for the replacement item.

Backorders

Our new software system does not allow us to take orders if we do not have an item in stock. If the system accepted the order it should be in stock and ready to ship.
