This Reebok University CEC Homestudy course includes a manual that is between 40 and 80 pages in length. The manual includes an introduction, exercise science, practical application and programming, base movements or techniques associated with those movements, workouts or workout modules, and references and recommended reading.

Each homestudy CEC course package also includes two videos per course. Each video is one to two hours in length. The first is a lecture-based video that covers manual content. The second is a practical component / workout.

All homestudy courses are designed as instructor training programs developed to help instructors deliver specific exercise or training concepts to participants in either a group fitness setting or a one-on-one environment.

Home Study Course CEC Exams are available online through Homeworkout.com.

When you purchase this product, you will receive a unique Test Code (online address link) that allows you to take your CEC test when you are ready. Results are forwarded directly to Reebok for processing.

You also have the option of downloading the CEC Exam PDF file if you prefer to print and mail your CEC exam to Reebok University. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to open any PDF file. Information on installing the free Adobe Reader is listed on the following CEC Exam Printout page.

Please allow at least three weeks from the time the exam is completed until your CEC certificate is available.

The fee per exam is all inclusive, and covers the cost of scoring and providing your certificate of completion for each CEC test.
